Each with more than 30 years of experience as former FPC/FERC attorneys and private sector counsel, our partners are well known to the FERC staff and officials for their legal abilities, fair representation of clients, and integrity. Our attorneys are involved in all aspects of energy regulation – natural gas, public utility and hydroelectric – before the FERC and in certain state commission proceedings.
